Read and understand the following agreement before signing:
- I understand that by withdrawing from the PEY Co-op program, I will need to find another way to satisfy the 600 hrs of practical experience requirement for my Engineering degree.
- I understand that I will lose access to the PEY Co-op Preparatory Program content, and I should download any personal material from Quercus within two weeks of my official withdrawal* from the program.
- I understand that by withdrawing from the PEY Co-op program, program fees will be pro-rated, so that I will only be responsible for fees on ACORN applied up to the date of the approval of this withdrawal from.
- I understand that I will not represent to a future employer that I am a PEY Co-op student.
- If you are an international student, we strongly advise that you seek the guidance of an immigration consultant at CIE. Your student work permit may be tied to your current status as a co-op student.
- I must cease all recruitment activities. I understand if I am enrolled in a PEY Co-op Recruitment Cycle at the time of completion of the withdrawal form, I will be re-enrolled in the PEY Co-op Program if:
a) I am found to be misrepresenting myself as a PEY Co-op student during a recruitment process.
b) I am actively participating in a recruitment process that yields an accepted position.
